Meet Chrissie Barrick

Chrissie grew up in the Hanover, PA area and graduated from SWSD, (just a few years ago!) and attended York College. Chrissie worked as an HR Administrator for a local manufacturer for several years. After starting a family, the time came to send her children to day care. She decided to start her own child care center which continues today to help raise children in a positive atmosphere.  Real estate has always been her passion,  but with raising four boys she knew she couldn't do all things well. So when the last child graduated from college she didn't waste a minute to begin the career she always dreamt of.

Chrissie started her career at ERA Preferred Properties with an extraordinary mentor, Bill Shanaberger. It was a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the greatest agents! In her first year she took the title of Rookie of the Year, Multi-Million Dollar Producer and several more. After four years she felt the need to move to a larger firm, choosing Berkshire Hathaway. Her growth continued and she has attained her goal of being Peak Producer every year since.

In 2016 Chrissie took the next step in her career and decided to mentor others and create a team. Being blessed with the most positive agents surrounding her, she feels complete. Everyone on her team shares the same values...helping everyone they meet, whether it be a buyer, seller or just someone that would like a little direction with their real estate questions or needs. Chrissie's team truly realizes that it's never about a paycheck...it is always about making someone's dream come true!

Chrissie enjoys being a member of The Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce as well as raising funds for MDA, The American Heart Association, Breast Cancer Awareness and had a great time learning how to be a roofer with Habitat for Humanity!
