My wife and I needed to move and we had our hearts set on owning a home. Unfortunately, our income is on the lower end so we knew we wouldn't be looking for any mansions. We thought that all our limitations would make it hard to find a real estate agent who would want to help us. Then we met Tom Coyne. From the very beginning he treated us like we were actual people, like we were important. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, reliable and funny. Tom has worked in various positions in real estate and he brought that knowledge to the table to guide us and help us stay informed every step of the way. He made the home-buying process so much less stressful and after months of searching, we just closed on a house. We wouldn't have gotten here or had such a positive experience without Tom. We sold our home as well as found a new home thru Tom. We had a very specific rural home setting we were looking for, which required quite a lot of searching on his part. He came up with a good many viable options. Our search ended up being over quite a large area which required a good bit of drive time. He was always willing to hit the road and get us into look at these houses. I was impressed with how he treated each of the homes we viewed. He made sure to knock prior to entering any of these homes. I make this point as a few other realtors showed up unannounced at our home and came walking right in much to our surprise. When we finally selected our home he was very good in the negotiation process. He was very professional and thorough in his job. I would fully recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We met Tom by chance at an open house. From that day on, he was extremely helpful and patient with us. He was available to show us houses just about any time we asked. He was patient with our crazy ideas to look at different houses, that most likely we'd never go for, and never gave up. After months of looking, he helped us find our dream home. I am very thankful for all Tom did for us.
