The Hanover Borough is also in the holiday spirit by offering FREE PARKING! Free holiday parking began this weekend, 11-23-18! To encourage holiday downtown shopping and enjoyment, the Borough of Hanover is offering free parking in Center Square Fridays and Saturdays starting Black Friday until December 29. Enjoy!
